Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

Products purchased through the official website are eligible for delivery across all serviceable locations in India. Deliveries are handled by authorized logistics partners including FedEx, DHL, Bluedart, Delhivery, and other approved couriers. Delivery to certain remote or restricted locations may be limited, and you will be notified at the time of order placement if a location is non-serviceable.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is offered on all products purchased directly from the website within India, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g. bulk orders, oversized products, or remote locations). Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and special occasions. Dispatch may be delayed in cases of stock unavailability, order verification requirements, or unforeseen events beyond our control. You will be notified promptly via email or SMS if a revised dispatch timeline applies.

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery is estimated within 2–5 working days from dispatch for most major cities and urban areas. Deliveries to remote, rural, or semi-urban locations may require an additional 2–3 working days. Estimated timelines are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual obligation.

Order Verification & Security

Deliveries may require verification via your registered name, signature, and an OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Please verify that the official Dreame packaging seal is intact upon delivery. Any package with a broken seal, visible tampering, or damage must be refused at the time of delivery, and reported to customer support within 24 hours.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

For all claims related to missing parts, damaged products, or incorrect items — a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening. The video must clearly show the intact packaging seal, the full unboxing process, the entire product, and all accompanying accessories. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.

Transit Damage Resolution

If damage occurs during transit, you must:

  • Refuse the delivery if the packaging seal is broken or tampered with.
  • Record a complete unboxing video if the package was accepted but the product is damaged.
  • Submit the unboxing video and a detailed description of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Cooperate with our verification process, which may include providing additional photos or information.

Upon successful verification, we will coordinate replacement at no additional cost, or arrange a refund if replacement is not feasible.

Return Conditions
  • Valid proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice) must be provided.
  • Original packaging, all accessories, and any included gifts must be returned.
  • Returned goods must be in good condition with labels and logos showing no signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided. Shipping fees must be paid in advance.
  • In case of DOA or manufacturing defect, product is only eligible for replacement.
  • Return/Refund is eligible only if the product is out of stock.
  • Unauthorized returns or cash-on-delivery returns without prior consent will be refused.
  • If a product was purchased as part of a bundle that resulted in an overall discount, we reserve the right to deduct or revoke that discount from the refund.

When Returns Are Refused
  • Valid proof of purchase is not presented or shows signs of tampering.
  • Returned goods, packaging, accessories, gifts, or user manuals are not intact.
  • Defects or damage caused by human error, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or use that does not comply with official instructions.

Replacement Services

For products purchased from Amazon, Croma, or other platforms, please refer to the exchange conditions of the respective platform.

For products purchased through other authorized sales channels, please contact the seller for their exchange policy.

All replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Dreame Service Team. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the original purchase invoice. Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, or personal error is not covered.

Proof of Purchase

The original purchase invoice is required for all warranty services and replacement requests. Claims submitted without a valid proof of purchase will be considered ineligible, and no warranty or replacement services will be provided.

Warranty Repair Service

If your product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, contact Dreame Customer Service or an authorized distributor. Once the quality issue is verified, you may apply for a free warranty repair service.

Definition of Warranty Period
  • Warranty is valid from the date of purchase with valid proof of purchase, or the date of delivery if delivery is after purchase.
  • If proof of purchase is lost, the warranty period begins three months after the manufacturing date on the product label.
  • After using an exchange service, the warranty period starts from the date of exchange (valid proof required).
  • Repaired or replaced products are warranted for 3 months from the date of repair/replacement, or for the remaining original warranty period — whichever is longer.

Warranty Limitations

Dreame products are designed for normal home use. Use in a non-home environment voids warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover failures caused by:

  • Use that does not comply with the "Usage Restrictions" in the User Manual.
  • Cleaning white ash, sand, dust, or other non-household debris.
  • Commercial or decorative use.
  • Environments with corrosive objects or special adsorption chemicals, metals, or microparticles.
  • Use of third-party accessories or non-approved cleaning solutions.
  • Consumable and wear parts (filters, brushes) unless damaged due to a defect in a non-wear component.
  • Normal wear to decorative parts.

Fee-based Repair Service

Free warranty repair does not apply in the following cases, but chargeable repair service may be available:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers.
  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
  • Products or accessories that prove defective after the warranty period has expired.
  • Damage from improper disassembly by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
  • Damage from external circumstances including acts of God, strikes, riots, disruptions to work, lack of materials, non-performance by subcontractors or suppliers, abnormal manufacturing conditions, delays caused by or failure of carriers or communication facilities, fire, floods, storms, ice, accidents, war, explosions, epidemics, governmental orders or regulations, or the inability to obtain necessary governmental or other approvals.
  • Damage from improper use — whether accidental or man-made — including fluid ingress, incorrect replacement, scratches, transport shocks, or improper voltage.

Relevant Charges
  • If the defect is covered by warranty, Dreame covers all inspection, material, labour, and shipping costs.
  • For damage caused by the customer or outside warranty, you are responsible for repair fees, spare parts, and round-trip shipping.
  • If you cancel a chargeable repair, you are responsible for round-trip transportation costs.

Installation & Demo Service

Available to customers who purchase Dreame Robot Vacuums from authorized channels:

  • Free virtual installation
  • Chargeable on-site installation at ₹700 per unit (subject to area serviceability)
  • Video instructions for self-installation

Eligibility depends on model and serviceable area. Contact Dreame customer care for details.

Accessories

You may request return or exchange services for Dreame accessories purchased directly from Dreame within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided discrepancies, damage, missing items, or quality defects from non-man-made factors are detected and supported by appropriate proof. After verification, return or exchange services will be arranged.

Other Notes
  • Do not return seriously damaged batteries (bloated cells, leaking fluid) unless instructed — they will be scrapped by Dreame.
  • Only products purchased from Dreame or its authorized dealers are eligible for after-sales service under this policy.
  • Dreame products do not support international warranty due to different product versions.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect recipient address or refusal, resulting damage is borne by the customer. Goods held for more than 30 calendar days may be disposed of by the Dreame Service Centre.
  • Before sending a product for repair, remove all personalized or cosmetic components (stickers, color markings). Dreame is not liable for damage or loss of such items.
  • Empty all water tanks before sending a product for repair to prevent water damage in transit.
  • Upon receipt of your purchase, inspect the packaging immediately. Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is damaged. If the packaging is intact but contents are damaged in transit, contact Dreame customer service within 24 hours.

In the event of any amendment, the most recently updated version of this policy shall prevail. Where any condition conflicts with applicable law, the law shall take precedence. For support, visit in.dreametech.com
