- Must be purchased within 60 days of product purchase.
- Dreame support will contact you within 48 hours to authenticate your purchase.
- If purchased after 60 days, the warranty is null and void. A refund will be issued after deducting transaction charges and a ₹500 processing fee.

Terms & Conditions

Coverage
- Applies exclusively to eligible Dreame robotic vacuum cleaner models.
- Coverage begins immediately after expiry of the standard manufacturer warranty.
- Covers repair or replacement of internal electrical and mechanical components that fail due to manufacturing defects under normal home-use conditions.

Eligibility
- Valid only for Dreame products purchased from authorized Dreame partners (online or offline).
- Must be purchased within 60 days of product purchase.
- A valid invoice and Extended Warranty Certificate must be presented for any service claim.
- Product must not have been opened, altered, or repaired by any unauthorized service personnel.

What is covered
- Internal electronic components: main PCB, sensors, Wi-Fi module, charging circuits, LiDAR.
- Mechanical components: motor assembly, drive wheels, brush motors, water pumps, suction fan motor.
- All labour and service charges for approved repairs.
- Product pickup and drop courier charges for service centre repairs.
- Replacement with new or equivalent-quality Dreame-approved parts.

What is not covered
- Water or liquid entry, accidental drops, impact, crushing, or misuse.
- Pet damage, insect or pest infestation.
- Fire, flood, lightning, power surges, or natural calamities.
- Consumables and wear-and-tear parts: brushes, mop pads, HEPA filters, battery, dust bin, water tank, wheels, rubber strips.
- Non-genuine accessories, spare parts, or non-approved cleaning solutions (e.g. Lizol, Dettol).
- Software modifications or unofficial firmware.
- Commercial or non-household use.
- Cosmetic defects (smell, noise, discoloration) that do not affect functionality.

Claim process
- Raise a claim through Dreame's official customer support channels.
- The unit may require virtual or on-site inspection and pickup for repair.
- If covered, Dreame will repair or replace the defective component.
- In cases of irreparable failure, a replacement unit of equal or higher value may be provided (model or colour may vary).

Limitations & exclusions
- Non-transferable; applies only to the original purchaser.
- Valid only within India for India-purchased units.
- Maximum liability is limited to the product's original purchase value.
- Warranty period does not restart after a repair.

Customer responsibilities
- Use the robot as per the Dreame user manual.
- Clean sensors, brushes, dust bin, water tank, and filters regularly.
- Use only Dreame-approved accessories, brushes, filters, cleaning solutions, and spare parts.
- Provide clear access for inspection, pickup, or servicing.

Warranty period
- The extended warranty duration is mentioned on the customer's certificate or receipt.
- Parts replaced during repair are covered for the remaining warranty period only.

Cancellation
- Non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Null and void if purchased after 60 days of product purchase.
- Dreame may cancel in cases of fraud, tampered serial numbers, or unauthorized repairs.
